Shipping policy

Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased through our online store:

 

1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within two days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. We ship orders every morning at 7am Monday to Friday and Saturday at 10am. No orders are shipped on Sunday.

 

2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Destinations: 

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.


4. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon checkout.

Tracked 24: Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel within 1 Working Day, but does not guarantee it. Sometimes, there's delays and they'll attempt to deliver it the following day. The only guaranteed next day delivery Royal Mail offers is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

Tracked 48: Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel within 2 - 3 Working Days, but does not guarantee it. Sometimes there's delays and it may take 3 - 4 Working Days to receive your parcel.

 

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

 

6. Shipping Address Accuracy: 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We will not be liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

7. Undeliverable Packages: 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery.

 

8. Shipping Restrictions: 

Some products may have shipping restrictions or cannot be shipped to certain locations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page if applicable.

 

9. Klarna Payments:

Klarna will automatically cancel the your order if it's not shipped within 28th. To that end, please do not use Klarna for pre orders over this timeframe. Orders cancelled by Klarna will be removed from our system without warning. If a new order is placed, and allocations are restricted, your position in the queue will be from your new order, not the original one.

 

10. Shipping Policy Changes: 

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
